David R. Steuer, DMD, MS, MMsc


David R. Steuer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Portuguese at Brigham Young University in 1995. He then received his DMD from the University of Louisville Dental School in 1999. Dr. Steuer then completed his residency training in Endodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he performed a surgical externship at KLH Hospital in Graz, Austria. Dr. Steuer has practiced dentistry and Endodontics in the greater Boston area since 2000-2005, and in Maine from then on.

Dr. Steuer served as Clinical Instructor at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, was a co-founder of Oral Surgical Specialists, LLC, the founder of Luminescent Capital Partners, LLC, and served on the Board of Directors of Hemametrics Corporation (a medical research and products company sold to Fresenius). Among Dr. Steuers many adventures, he serves on the board of Health Science and Technology at the University of Southern Maine, and on the Medical Advisory Board for doTERRA (a health and wellness company). Dr. Steuer is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Steuer takes pride in working with General Dentists to provide the most comprehensive care to mutual dental patients.

He lives in Cumberland with his wife and five children. He also speaks Portuguese and Spanish fluently.


Daniel C. Fackrell, DMD, MDS


Dr. Fackrell received his bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University in 2000.  He then went on to obtain his DMD at the University of Connecticut, School of Dental Medicine in 2005.  Dr. Fackrell then completed a one year General Practice Residency at the University of Utah Health Science Center, and continued to practice general dentistry until he returned to the University of Connecticut where he received a Master’s Degree in Dental Science and complete his endodontic residency training in 2012. 

Dr. Fackrell is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and currently resides in Cumberland, Maine with his wife and three sons.

Spencer W. Crook, DMD, MS


Dr. Spencer Crook has been practicing Endodontics in the Phoenix valley since 2003. He takes pride in delivering care in a compassionate and gentle manner. Each patient is given the respect and attention they deserve. Dr. Crook believes that since each person is unique, every situation needs to be assessed and diagnosed individually. He enjoys taking the time to educate and explain each treatment recommendation and will help people explore all options that may be available in conjunction with their general dentist.

Dr. Crook graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry with minors in math and economics from Weber State University. At Weber State he received recognition for work he did in analytical chemistry. He then attended Temple University where he concurrently received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry and a Masters of Business administration. While in dental school he continued his love for research where he did work on identifying periodontal pathogens using DNA technology. He was able to present this work at an International Dental Research meeting. After dental school he continued his training at the University of Louisville Hospital where he did a general practice residency. After completing the hospital program he moved to Michigan. He received his specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy. Along with his specialty certification he also received a Masters of Science degree in oral microbiology. Dr. Crook continues his education and enjoys implementing new technology into his practice.

After spending time out west, Dr. Crook is excited to move back east. Dr. Crook has a family of 5 and spends most of his free time trying to keep up with his kids.
